The figure. 9-1/2" high, is seated on an ornate chair that forms the spout. He has a white full bottom wig and deep brown coat. He holds his black hat in his lap and an octagonal lantern rests between his feet. The base is marbelized in many colors. The head and hands are very well modelled .
